液压摇臂钻床自动进给手柄故障维修

摇臂钻床自动进给手柄推入后出现拉不出来的故障原因及排除方法：
1 操纵手柄齿轮与内齿轮啮合时有顶齿现象和研伤，啮合后由于切削力作用使啮合的内外齿产生较大的摩擦力。应将内外齿轮倒角处修圆滑，并把研伤部位修光。
2 进给手柄定位转动轴弯曲，造成手柄回转失灵。应更换定位转动轴。
