Z5140立式钻床地基要求

1 立式钻床在发货时，需打包装箱。在搬运时必须注意箱外的标志。因包装箱地面面积较小而高度较高，不能使用钢管滚动法移动，必须使用叉车或吊车。
2 拆箱后吊运立式钻床，应避免绳索磨损摇臂钻的表面，应在绳索与液压摇臂钻接触面垫以软形物。
3 立式钻床的占地面积是以工作台绕立柱回转一周形成的圆面积。具体叉车可参照用户加工的对象和实际情况确定。
4 立式钻床在安装过程中，先将地脚螺栓按万能铣床底座螺栓孔的正确位置，买入水泥地基内，带水泥完全凝固后将摇臂钻床放在地基上，在均匀的拧紧地脚螺栓，在拧紧的同时，须用水平仪校正立式钻床的水平。
